DREAD ZOE is posted up in the dining room while on set. With a red cup in his hand and a few watches and bracelets on his wrists, Zoe was gearing up to begin shooting the video for his “Beat Box” freestyle before I sat down with him. His array of gold chains sat on top of his yellow t-shirt as the diamonds sparkled in the light. Before we began, he insisted on pulling out a wad of cash for his fans to see.
On a bright yet overcast day in Miramar, DREAD ZOE sat down for the first episode of Around The Block to reveal everything he’s been working on in 2021. Before he began pushing his “Beat Box” freestyle, the Miami rapper first made waves with his debut project Late Introduction. ZOE opened up about the project and explained that he dropped it to give his fans more perspective of what he has to offer.
Later on in our conversation, DREAD ZOE spoke on the release of his latest single “Baddies” featuring DreamDoll. Not only did he link up with Bronx rapper, but he also teamed up with another major act this year. ZOE went on to detail his upcoming collaboration with Lil Baby called “Dior.”
